Transport Canada Issues Two Recalls For RX8
There are two problems;
A)High Speed Idling--causing inoperative oxygen sensor, neutral switch and back-up lights, parking brake problems, gas gauge malfunctions and in worst case, possible fuel tank leaks.
B)Improper Forging of front lower control arms--causing cracked ball joint socket and ball stud may separate from control arm
Call your dealer for serial no.'s affected (4,600 in A; 1,421 in B).
