This Time We Took a Tripod (Blue RX8)

Hey All,

Returning to the scene of the crime (see this thread ) as it were, we were dissappointed to not find the black RX8... but then we found this one instead!

This one was a fully loaded GT with NAV... this was the first time any of us had seen the Winning Blue in person, and even though the lighting was (once again) quite poor, we can say that that colour is FANTASTIC.

That's (from back to front) ZoomZoom, me, and our ever enthusiastic salesman in the last pic: talk about customer service!

A very nice lady also told us (which I know all of you know already) that the cars will be here in a couple of weeks :D ...

Is it me or does it look a little less "bunny-esque" with the front plate when compared to those pics from Japan? :D Looks like we have bigger plates which give's it less of that buck tooth look. Phew!!! I was actually considering moving to Hull just so that I didn't have to put a plate in front.

You know, when we first caught the car this is what we found. I wasn't going to include this pic, but since you asked... :p

Why wait for the cars to arrive! We usually get together every couple of weeks and share a few wings and beer. :D

thanks for pics !!!

First thing I noticed is that, we got Yellow Blinker Covers !

The Info from before stated that US gets yellow and clear for every where else. So I guess the info wasn't true after all.

My '91 is Brave Blue and if I ever actually buy an RX-8, I'm leaning toward this Winning Blue. I never figured myself for a blue car owner (many black cars in the past) but the '91 looks amazing when it's clean and waxed.

Unfortunately, it also looks like I'm driving a 12 year old POS when it's dirty!

Talking

I mentioned that to you once before actually! My car looks the same, but I'm sure it's better than yours

Actually, I had a really serious rash of parking lot dings in the last year and beside REALLY p!ssing me off, it detracts considerably from the cars looks. Has anybody had any experience with any of the paintless dent repair places in the GTA??

I'd post some pics but they are way too large for the forum.

I might post some up later, on my website and through up a link.
