Hello everyone, first of all I would like to thank all of those who participated in the event for the last four years and have supported us.

Most of you by now are already familiar with the event. For those who are not, TASR is a great family event that attracted over 200 participants last year, and raised close to $6000 in donations for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel for the last four years. The show is all about setting role models for our youth; ...therefore Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel could not be a better charity for the event. Help us this year reach a higher goal to help them out! It costs approximately $1,000 per child for find an appropriate volunteer.
I am sure that in this difficult economic situation we are facing, they could use our help more than ever.

The purpose is to build on our previous events, and spread even more awareness. As well to further showcase automotive enthusiasts, and tuners as responsible individuals making a difference in their communities. This is also a call out to anyone who has links in media to get them to come out and see for themselves what Tuners and Youth Automotive enthusiasts are really doing and how they support their communities and Charity.

Mosport International Raceway
Lower Paddocs as part of the 3 day Can-AM Time Attack Challenge

Important Announcement! NO FEES for SHINERS.. to be on the Mosport race track. If you compete in the show shine, take your car and have a chance in a controlled manner under supervision and have a parade laps on the Track. This is awesome to try your car on a track in a safe manner as well as have a photo opportunity with it on the track. If driving your car on the Grand Prix Mosport track is not your thing you can get a ride along with a pro driver in their race car!

$30 to compete in the show shine, includes parade laps
(Club rate, 5 or more cars at a time - $20 each)
$15 to just show your vehicle and not compete in the trophy competition
$250 for Vendor booth - which is a Donation to Big Brothers Big sisters.

Looks like I will be going to this show instead of MOM this year since TeamFuel if my Carshow Team. I will be helping out with judging for the show and shine. If we get enough 8's i can get a rx8 class made (I wont be competing cause its our show)

People wanna do this? The $$ you saved for driving at the big track will worth the gas going there for the cheap folks! (including me! LOL)

Of course the photo taking folks as well...imagine photo taken of your car at the track - Definitly look 100x better than your parking lot photo uploaded to facetube or youbook!

well, I live in Aurora. So I'll be cutting across straight to the track.
Where abouts are people going to be at the track?

 

I will be leaving from my shop in Aurora if we take the race car and it will probably be about 7am when I leave.

 

I'll be there all weekend. The RX8 will be at home, but if you see a white Nissan NX1600 that's where I'll be. I believe that TASR will be in one of the lower paddocks with the Ontario Time Attack participants in the upper paddocks near the track.
