SRTA yesterday
they didn't post official results yet but I beat my personal record from last time - thanks for all the tips Al - really helped out ; I become more capable with the DSC/TSC off and as a result finished in with 1:13.14 - I was consistently in the 14's but started creeping into the 13's after your in-car instruction!
I'm pretty sure I messed up the alignment you did for me when I ran off the track a couple times before you showed up -_-" ; I'll be coming back in for new alignment next year :P
(ps. will send you an email soon re: ordering the tire pressure gauge... I'm still on the fence about whether to get the Hawk HPS and if I will join you August 1st for lapping).
(pps. Rick ; I got an HD video of you doing a sweet spin out in front of me ; causing a yellow caution flag :P ).

I'm now able to pull of consistent 1:12s after your instruction
My OTA time is now 1:12.73, down from 1:13.73 in May. Thanks for the tips! Calming down and becoming more gentle with the pedals and steering made the biggest difference.
Please PM me details on that tire pressure gauge deal, it is definitely an essential tool that I must pick up.
My track budget is running low so I'll probably do the HP+ pads next year. I just switched back to my stock wheels to save rubber for the last couple of track events I attend. I'm not sure if I can make it to Aug 1, it is about a 50% chance I will be free.

It was really an honor to be out and helping you guys with your cars. After years of doing this I got used to people telling me how anything I suggetsed wouldnt work and their way was better lol, and you guys were nothing like that. Anytime you want help and if I have time I will be happy to come help you. The next step is to go to an open lapping day where you can try things and then go right back out to see how the car reacts to the changes A bigger track like Shannonville or even TMP would be a big help too because you have sweeping corners that you can carry speed into, the DDT configuration they were running is very "point and shoot"
Did not stick around for my final times, but with boost, vacuum and timer issue most of the day I'm not expecting any great times. My only good lap session, the one I 360'ed into the grass ahead of you my timer did not even record that 30 min session. All and all just a **** poor day, I will be out for the September day if everything goes as planned.
