Well my starter is toast thats the reason the Rx8 flooded. I checked the battery thinking it was the battery that was not the case when i turn key all I hear is a click.

Does anyone know where to get a starter for an 05 auto rx8? I called up scarboro mazda and they want $700 thats a crazy price if you ask me.

Scarboro Mazda is your best bet dude... Ask for Steve or Kenji in parts... the other guy (Robert?) really doesn't know which part to look for.... he also quoted me 700-800.. I picked it up for 200-300 from kenji... that said... mine was for a manual

Its an auto so even with the the discount its stilll 580. the auto starter cost more im just going to buy it off EBAY for 265 USD
