I've taken my car to two different dealerships after installing the AEM (Mazdaspeed) cold air intake. None of them said a thing about it. One of the dealerships I specifically had them reset the computer so the car would stop throwing the backfire CEL when I installed the Agency Underdrive pulley.

The dealer that I bought it from had actually been encouraging me to get the Mazdaspeed intake because they had seen 'noticable' improvements on the cars that they had put it on.

What I don't understand is that, in the MazdaSpeed brochure, the CAI has an orange triangle beside it which apparently means it is for off-road use only. Yeah, like I give a flying fat one about that either, but I'm surprised Mazda themselves are flouting their own legalese.

or maybe I'm just jealous...

Looks like you were right.....I wonder how many buyers are willing to downgrade to narrower wheel just to get the Mazdaspeed name?

Performance Package information are now on the website...

if I am reading this correctly, you get to keep the stock rims as well... so not really downgrading.
