I've cooked in the engine bay before.. salmon filets and shrimp kebabs.. it works.

So... where's the best place to 'simmer' on a Rennesis Engine???

Sounds like we have some serious cooks on this list... have you seen this?

If you have the MS CAI, the entire intake airbox area is wher eyou can place your packets of prewrapped goods to bake in there.

You can't really "sizzle" anything inside the engine. You can bake though; so I had delicious baked salmon and garlic shrimp on our trip to Algonquin park. All it takes is 1 hour on an average hot summer day (27 deg outside). The engine bay should register roughly 60 - 70 C, which is enough to bake seafood.
