you mean it's

16% back
16% rear passenger side
16% rear driver side

unknown tint% front passenger side
no tint on windshield (obviously)

Is this correct?
No ... 16% all around front, sides, rear...and not the front.

I was driving home from work today(1/2hr ago), just exited the hwy and a cruiser is 2 cars ahead of me, he does a u turn and totally eyes my car... I turn right and keep looking in my rearview mirror...

Before I spot him I take my plate out and put it on the window.

Soon he is right behind me(which means he did another uturn to come in my direction again)...my car all nice and shiny...he pulls me over and said..."I noticed you didn't have a plate on your car"... So he goes & looks in the front comes back and I tell him its in my window...

He just so happens to be the same cop that gave me my first speeding ticket in 18yrs or so... He gives me a warn and says, "Because you car is so noticable if I see you without it on the next time I will ticket you"...lets me go.

Now I have my damn plate on...a quick job I did fastening it to my grill so we'll see how it stays there...

My free plate days are over!!

You see! It's all a matter of time before the cops decide to hassle you for the front plate.

Lucky for you he let you off.
The cops in the Mississauga area are not so kind. They'll give you the ticket despite the fact it was pouring rain!!

Stupid front license plate law!

Well it is there but hidden in a way that it doesn't spoil the look of my front end...

Yeah Neo...stupid font plate law... Bet next time might be my tint flike Footman said from the same copper!! **** now I should use my radar...heheh...then it might be my radar next time!! I know he remembered me because when I told him he pulled me over before he said before I could finish that yeah he remembered.

See that's why you don't **** off cops because he would have given me a ticket then. I saw him in court and asked what the procedure was so he's cool.

Hopefully he will not pull me over every time he see's my car now!!! VR nice but stands out!! I swear this Baby is a cop magnet!!! Don't have anything illegal in your cars guys!!

For 20 years I never got pulled over. And now in less then 8months I get pulled over 3x!!

Let's see a pic of the new plated front end! I want to see how you did it since I'll probably have to do it too.

Just install it. No point in "hiding" it. That'll only cause the cops to pull you over for having the plate "hidden".

Red sports cars tend to be really noticable with cops.
As long as you don't look like you're a punk kid with a baseball hat sideways, 1 arm on the center top of the steering wheel, and leaning all the way back, you'll stay out of trouble.

I've had a few cops stop beside me and ask me a few questions about the car. Meanwhile, I'm really nervous about pulling away from the stop light because of the sound my exhaust makes. But they tend not to mind it.

Temp job till I could figure something out...need a bracket or cover...not sure yet.

It's secured under the black part that sticks out...

I ran with no front plate since last feb, got pulled in Sept, warning. Then lol, a month i got pulled four times in a span of two weeks, they finally started making notes and gave me a ticket as an incentive to get it on. Just gotta show in court with it on. But I tried everything, I even had a quote from a dealership saying it would run me 300+ for body work to get the front plate on, cause its custom since its an american car, wow, I LOVE STEALERSHIPS, but I carried it with me, so when I got questioned I pulled it out. Then I ordered the actual bracket, and played the "I just picked it up officer, its in my trunk." But they coppers started making notes, not its on, but I mounted it a bit lower so I dont got that buck tooth look, and have it rubbing on my paint job, besides I think its better to have it sice it acts as a barrier for both the ac condenser and keeps away too much junk from the CAI.
