im not gonna lie. that sounds absolutely fantastic. do we have time for that though? i cant remember how early we left last time, but i have a feeling it was early so that we could arrive at the track also very early.

It's because last time we were there SO EARLY, it was like 3 hours of waiting around doing **** all. We can make use of that 3 hours, and then everyone has some breakfast; then at the event, just serve a LIGHT BBQ (last time was overkill)

mosport is ******* cold, it can be nice everywhere else but its ******* cold at mosport never mind the fact your standing on top of a hill with wind blowing and being fairly inactive.

i hope by saying this it now will be a sunny bright warm day very doubtful thu.

Fingers crossed for warmer weather like the last two weekends, don't want to camp out in my car again lol.

AS for staying close to Al/pace car, what about putting the ppl that have done track days up front first and the ppl that haven't at the back. This may help deleting some spacing out, since those that have tracked have practiced staying close to each other and following each others lines...What ya think?!

What time we gonna be on around? I have to leave at 1 for a surprise Bday party.

I remember discussions like this going on last year generated MASSIVE negativity... it's such a touchy topic now.

Anything to do with "speeding up the pace of the parade"...

the spacing thing isn't going to work...

The idea is that we'll have a lead pace car at the front and one at the rear to ensure that folks are together.. I'm guessing they'll be using some kinda radio for contact. This way we should kill off the chance that a group will stay out while the lead pack pulls into the pits.

We'll have a more organized format this time as last time it was pretty much all just last second as we were unsure of exactly what / when things were going to happen. In addition due to the lack of interest their may be another group of cars (non-mazda) for the second group... we we'd keep the mazda folks together if the group is smaller then 25. Either way.. we'll see.
