Maintenance???

SOME SIMPLE QUESTIONS????
I have about 30k on my '04 rx8...
When should I change my Tranny fluid?
When should I change my Spark Plugs?
When should i do anything else i need to do???

I change my oil every 3k...
And whats with this premixing ??? is it reccomended

I change the oil in my 2004 every 3k too, other than that I follow the owners manual recommended maintenance for everything else. No, I do not premix.........one more step I can live without. The engineers who designed the cars DO have some idea of what they are doing so following the owners manual will work, even if you thrash your car like I do. And yes, I am an engineer and yes, I did work in automotive.
