I just picked up my car after getting Recalls done on it (no start, and airbag). The No-start issue is of course fixed by the M-flash...

Anyway, when I picked up the car, the service advisor mentioned that I'd notice a difference in acceleration (seems peppier actually) and that the flash also governs the speed at a max of 200Kph (as confirmed by another customer who had the M flash done). Can anyone confirm this?

 

I can confirm that it's bullshit! The M flash does not change the top speed governer, which remains at 240 km/h (148 mph) before and after M flash.

Personal experience - I had the M flash done in late April. In May, I hit 220 a couple of times. No 200 km/h governer!
