I'm new to the London area. I have a stock '04 GT that I've owned for just over a year. I'm always down to meet other rotary lovers, so if you are in/near the London area feel free to give me a shout.

Yeah, You should Definitely come out to the Spring Meet in June. It'll probably be a 2 hour drive for you from London but well worth it. Maybe less, depending on how you drive.
