I recently traded in my Mini Cooper S for an RX-8 and there are some features that the dealer did on my Mini that I was wondering if anyone had done on there RX-8!

Auto locking - have the doors lock after the car reaches 20km/h

Un-locking - have the doors un-lock after the ignition is turned off

Open windows - having the windows roll down b holding down the keyless un-lock botton

Close windows - have the windows close by holding the key in the door lock and turning

I think that was it - I talked to my dealer, but they said it couldn't be done - but i think my dealer is clueless anyways!!
Anyone have any help, that would be greatly apreciated!

i got an after market alarm and how mine works is when the car is turned off all the doors unlock.. when it is started the doors lock!

 

AS for the power windows. When you take the key out of the ignition you still have about 20-30secs to put the windows up as long as no one opens the door of the car.
