Search for the Racing Beat REVi Intake thread, and I think there is a Mazda Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that covers the taillight issue. Search for the TSB thread.

GO and get the light cover change, should be under warranty :D if you have any problem with your dealer, tell them you will contact Mazda Canada, they will do it.
I live in Trenton, I just asked any shops that sell performance parts, they will get the intake you desired, for me it was the K&N typhoon...Good luck

In my personal opinion an intake is going to be a huge waste of money. They probably run around 300$. Just save your money and buy some racing beat sway bars. An intake is just going to lead to lots of noise, and no performance gains..... The sways will improve your handling by alot, and give you much more bang for the buck

I disagree, Racing Beat just released their intake and based on their R&D it is giving you about 3-5HP gain (They will be releasing dyno's soon). Racing Beat is very reputable and when they give numbers you can believe them. If you're interested in this intake you can talk to Dave at Mazdee's, he can get Racing Beat products. You're other option is to order direct and install yourself but if you do that I recommend you ask them to ship it to you with another courier as UPS charges OUTRAGEUOS brokerage fees.

Check out this current thread in Performance and Aftermarket https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-aftermarket-performance-modifications-23/racing-beat-revi-intake-system-57216/.

This is no Typhoon false advertising product (Sorry Danielson! ), Racing Beat always delivers what they say.

I do agree Kart Racer, the sway bars are a good idea!!

I agree with you hellbreed. The RB intakle is looking really good, but i just dont want to spend 400$ on 3.5 hp. I guess my mentality is, if i get sways, and you get the intake, who is going to drop the most time on a closed course race track? I still cant wait to check out everyone with the RB intake over the summer

I hear what your saying, but there are other benefits based on those that already have it like smoother idle, no vibration on the shifter, accelerates in 6th, it's something that affects your daily drive whether your pushing it or just taking an easy ride. There are PLENTY of people picking this up in that thread so we'll get a pretty good idea of the consensus.
