post 1 updated!

On Mondays to Fridays, I am near the Vaughan Mills area. That's about as far as west as I normally go. You can pay me when you pick it up.

The low beams are K-Light (but one of the bulbs blew on my way home from the RPM meet, so i swapped it out for a set of VME 6000K Bulbs. the Fogs are VME as well. Yah 1 year warranty and stuff. But i had ordered literally 100 of the kits for friends / family and people, so i had extra ballasts / bulbs laying around. The warranty is pretty dumb, you gotta pay like 20-30 bucks to ship back the broken product to China. The cost to get a new set of bulbs are about the same.

But i havent had any issues with them. they work perfectly.

PS: i have not changed my DRL lights (high beam lights) there still stock yellow. I really dont care too much about it.

The DRL is not on in that picture, doesn't look like it. Just the low beam HID, parking lights, and fogs are on.

DRL's are useless, all they do is keep bothering the driver when they blowout.

I havent had to replace a single DRL in my car since I got it.

They barely give out any light anywayz.

The thing is, DRL's are on fulltime whether I like it or not in my car. It's the most visible light on my car for the longest duration of time. Hence, they are important to me.

To be honest fellas, for fogs, the cheap HID's from China works good. the ones you get on ebay for less than 100 bucks. Same company. I was paying like 58 dollars shipped per kit. But i ordered in lots of 20.

I didnt really sell em to make money, i just got them for my friends who wanted them. (Obviously they piad me) but they work great. I would reccomend them, i have them in all my cars and they work good.

Kaffka, we'll look into the headlights come december along with the HIDS. More shows are willing to give competitive rates for Winter Installs.

Like discussed on Sat, October - Rear Stealth, November - Interior, December - Front Headlights Plus HID Fogs, January - Puddle Lights

That is the piano black trim that goes on the virtual B-pillar outside (on the front door). That section is now flat black matte from factory.

^^^ andrew i thought you didnt want to spend so much on it?

Im telling you guys, check ebay the piano black applique pops up on there every now and than for really cheap.

Jay - if you guys need a hand with the install on the fogs, let me know.... after a few times doing it, its pretty simple.

My only advise for HID fogs are to get the slim digital ballasts they are selling now. It makes for mouting them on the oil cooler brakcets much much much easier. If you get the regular fatter ballasts its a bish to get them done properly. I had to fab up 2 brackets out of metal back strapping to get them to hold properly and not get in the way of the oil cooler.

I think I saw mention of someone saying you can use HIDs for your DRLs. You certainly cannot. Not on this car. As mentioned, the DRL uses the high beam at half voltage. You can't use HIDs at half voltage. They'll just flicker.

Just turn on your lowbeams when you start the car and problem solved. No DRLs, only HID goodness.

All y'all ****** out der is gonna regret this if you dun join dis group buy...

if u drive arund as a daily driver in the daytime, ur gonna be using ur DRL's...if u wanna just turn on ur low-beams all da time, then dat's really a waste of ur xenon HID bulb...

get dees DRL/highbeam modules, u won't regret latah...
