In the "Wheels" this AM I found Benchimol's comments interesting
and he put down reporter's rumour of 2X HP on new RX8.
Since the next Miata is switching to platform architecture of RX8, I'm wondering if the 700,000 current miata owners will be convinced refinement and finess of their cars will be taken up a level? Or will Mazda's hardtop convertable and chassis stiffness
requirements (a stronger rumour) be the promoted reasons.
In any case, the comments on Miata would kind of indicate it can't get any better. We'll see a year from now.
