Did you check them all? Is it only the one that has the spotting on the bottom? I just looked at my old ones and they all have the spotting sorry bro would have giving ya one. You are welcome to try one by one to see if any are good, but doubt it.

According to mazda's tech guides spotting on the coils doesn't actually mean anything. Apparently it's normal.. though it can look like it's arching.

I trust the mechanic and scarb mazda who looks after my car... I'm sure that he checked everything. That being said... the car has soooo much more power when starting up.. and when starting to move in first gear... the car reacts so much faster.. heh.. gonna take me acouple of days to adjust to the clutch

Cold Weather Update

Brought the car in on Sunday... (I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty)
$550 taxes in...
The cause? Flooded by coldness (engine was completely warm before shutoff)
New plugs, 293 + tax... + installation
Needed an oil change because fuel seeped in...
30,000 km's on the car

Was this not your first flood? The car's first flood is covered under warranty.

The previous owner did not complete the maintenance records, will this make things harder? its chipping to bare metal

I just got off the phone with the dealer, and they said perforation is covered for 5 years, but paint is only covered during the time of the factory warranty. I have an extended warranty but he still said thats only powertrain coverage...
