I'd just like to recommend Bismark Collision to all you Vancouver folks out there!

I went in to get my door break-in dent fixed. They usually take BMW's, Benz's, Audi's, and Porsche's, but they made an exception for my small job.

First of all, the shop is neat and clean, unlike so many junk-yard look-alikes out there.

Second, they did a wonderful job on my door dent. I cannot tell anything happened to my car at all! Very detailed work. No overspray or any crap like that. Just awesome.

Third, customer service. Stanford Siu was the owner I was dealing with, and he is an upstanding guy.

So if you are looking for a great body shop or know someone who is looking for a body shop, Bismark is your place! Like I said, they're experts on fixing European cars. (I even saw a Ferrari in there today.) So this place is a MUST if you have a Euro car.

PS: The "Bismark" name is something interesting. Have you heard the story of the regal and remarkable ship called the "Bismark"? it is a inspiring story you can read on Wikipedia, and in many war time literature. This is a good story to get familiar with, it is famous.

I just wanted to follow-up.

Few years ago, this guy was awesome. They had fixed my car, given it free wax and fully cleaned the interior.

This year, they scratched my interior leather and claimed they didn't do it. When i spoke with the owner, he says he will fix it but it wasn't done right.

I am so pissed now. Will not recommend them anymore!

 

I've brought my car here last year and the paint matches very well no issues.
