I bought this guys rims from him back in November and he's basically been giving me the run around for the past few months with them. I truly think that I'm being ripped off hardcore by this guy, he's not returning any of my emails or calls at all. Here is the link to his original posting of the rims and I'm also providing his work address and phone numbers so that hopefully somebody in Canada can help me out with this before I have to buy myself a plane ticket up there to take care of this in person. Somebody who knows this guy PLEASE help me, i'm extremely frustrated and I'm not about to get $1650 ripped off from me. Please, please help me. Even if someone is close by and they can swing by and say something to him for me that would be great, thanks!

Thanks guys, I really just wish he would get his **** together and either get me my money back or just get me the damned rims. He told me about a month ago that they got stuck at the boarder and he was sending them out fedex 4 day from Canada, aparently that was a crock of **** as well. Anybody live near this guy?

I met the guy at Nopi Nats last year. Seemed like an OK guy. I know he's from Canada and that's about it. He also has a deal with Motul lubricants. I wonder if there's an issue regarding customs as far as the wheels go.

 

Either way, he should be straight up honest with what's going on with the wheels.

 

I actually bought his first set of wheels that he got from that tuner transformation show. I think it was around 800 that I paid. It did take a while to get them, around 1 month after I paid. I ended up selling those wheels since I found some nicer ones.
I wouldn't buy that airplane ticket just yet. He'll reply soon.

I've actually lended a helping hand to a number of people on this board so to those who know me, tHey know I'm a honest person. This will probably be the last time I sell anything to the states b/c I cannot "STAND" the complications that can happen during shipping. Nonetheless, I think it is good that many people on the board understand would help protect other RX8 members. I would want the same for myself. Rest assured the wheels are safe and sent after many issues.

There's a little more to the story then one person can typically see.... next time I will probably only do local pickup.. so just chiming in..

I was able to get my $1700 back after I contacted my credit card company and requested a "charge back".
