Canadian Laws - What Can We NOT Do Inside Our Cars?

I was just wondering.... Would the following be illegal? Would I get ticketted, fined, or arrested?

Let's say, late at night, you park in a dark place... and you get friendly with your partner... It's absolutely legal to be parking there... Hardly anyone comes by... And everyone is older than the age of consent... Would they arrest you or something for not having enough items of clothing on?

And how 'bout... say... You're driving... Is there any law that says you must have a minimum number of items of clothing on?

I'm just asking this out of curiousity..... Not like I would do any of that... I'm not a sicko...

If I remember right, they can charge for public indecency depending on what is showing since it is still considered a public place which you are parked at.

You can drive without any clothing items on.. no law against that. but, if you plan to enter a mall, then u need few items on!

15% tint will solve all your problems. It's nearly impossible to see in, even during the day. Good luck.

Well dude, for one...here in Toronto there are places that these things go on. As someone mentioned Stanley Park for instance, or here...Lakeshore Blvd. is no stranger to evening activities. So if you're in the same pink boat (wink wink) as some of us here...just dont get caught with your pants down...literally....

It would be local law, I think not Canadian law that would govern this.
As was said, you could technically be charged with public indecency, but, if both are willing adults, chances are slim.

Now, that all being said, unless your day job is with the Cirque de Soleil I wouldn't even try it... low roof line + giant center console makes it way more trouble than it's worth, if you can pull it off at all.

anyone from richmond will know that the same happens on river road late at night.

dont think cops would do anything about it unless it's a very public and visible place [like on a sunny day next to an elementary school...]
as long as you keep it private i'm sure nothing will happen lol
