I think I can make it... so what's the plan - just meet in Cochrane and chat, or go for a drive? Can the Calgary drivers meet up in NW Calgary somewhere, maybe Crowfoot area at 12:15 or 12:30, and drive out together?

(PS - Fritz, that was my car you saw in Eau Claire yesterday! You confused my license plate with Zoom44's forum handle. :D Understandable, though, since I stole my personalised plate from him! :p )

I plan to be washing my 8 at the Crowfoot Shell right before I head off, so I could certainly meet people in Crowfoot. Shall we say 12:30 at the lot in front of Chapter's? I'll pop by there when I'm done.

Hey guy's. A whole bunch of us FC guy's are meeting at 12 noon at the movie theater in Crowfoot (right across the parking lot from chapters) We'll be hanging around for a bit so we'll wait for you guys and we can have a whole bunch of cars head out to Cochrane.:D

Ditto - lots of fun to meet some fellow RX-8 owners, and if I do say so myself, it was damn nice of us to let those FC RX-7 owners hang out with us for a bit! :D

Anyone else notice how we got straight to the socializing, and didn't waste any time posing the cars for fancy pictures like those Vancouver RX-8 owners always seem to do? :p

We had 5 RX-8s show up - 3 TiGrays (me, Fritz, and SirLeNerd), one Blue (Buddman), and one Yellow (Perodogo). We were also honoured by the presence of 2 beautiful FD RX-7s (both 1993s, IIRC), and 5 FC RX-7s, all Turbos!

I had a great time meeting and chatting with you all, and hope we can do this again before another year passes! Perhaps later in September, when a few of the vacationing forum members will be around?
