How about black/grey interior with the Winning Blue exterior?

When I first ordered my Titanium I wasn't a big fan of the chapparal inserts (chapparal is the Mazda name for tan ) It has grown on me over the last year though....I think the interior is a little plain in all black - the two tone would be very effective in all colours if you could have more choice for the insert colour. Always the aftermarket I guess. :D

 

OK NOW we're talking.... grey/black leather interior on Blue....yeah.. that will definitely work.

As for the tan/black.. I was the same way... at first I was like "ugh no way"..... but when coupled with the Ti-grey it kinda just hit me over night.... makes the car look sporty/classy.... kinda like a 007 appeal that works quite nicely with the lines of the 8.

As for Aftermarket.... I'm kinda done with that... I'm in the stage where I just wanna buy a sweet ride and treat it right.... no more mods, aftermarket add ons or any of that stuff

 

IMHO, the best combos on these cars are two tone interiors that match the paint. This car looks too dam exotic and cool to mess around with a third colour.

For the black, a charcoal grey/black 2 tone interior may have won my heart. But the thought of blue/black interior on the blue paint is a real tempting one for sure!

 

I dunno... personally I think blue/black on blue would look to ricey.. I know I know... many may say the red/black has the same appeal, but I really dont think so

 

First time I saw blue/black on a blue car was the M% afew years back. Fell in love with the 2 tone interior from that point forward and there was no way in hell I wasn't going to get 2 tone interior when I bought my 8. "Rice" seem to look cheap and after the fact. I thing the red/black on the 8 on a red car looks sharp, original and ferrari like. Blue would have the same impact I think.

 

I agree...the stiching and lines on the RX-8 interior beg for two-tone. Yellow and red are naturals to have matching colour inserts on the interior, but blue,black, titanium, green, silver and white??...blue maybe With the exception of green and white I think that the black/grey interior would look great in any of these exterior colours.

That's exactly what I thought after considering silver.
