I pass the third of a century mark in 25 days... but you'd never know it looking at me; my day is not complete until some patient stares at me and asks something along the lines of "are you sure you're old enough to be my doctor?" I think the best was "why don't you go back and play".

I'm still waiting for my BB to return from the body shop... it's been six weeks, does it normally take this long for a car to be fixed? Sheesh.

I'm feeling a little bit better. I'm 56 and just couldn't wait any longer. Two kids moved out of the house and two more to go. So in now own a Velocity Red 04 6MT. Love it just the way it is. Wouldn't mind an ipod adapter but other than that it is incredible!
I put Michelin x-ice on it as it has to be driven through the "mild" winter we experience in the deep south of Ontario.
Hope you enjoy your ride as much as I have enjoyed mine!

Been following the 8 back ~ 2002 before it came out, and finally bought one couple months ago on my 22 bday. It is a 2006 Cooper Red Special Edition and I am loving every second of it. So far it is completely stock beside tinted windows (unless you count winter tires as a mod :P) but hopefully will have AutoBahn front and Mspeed Side installed this coming summer. Next purchase is going to be a house so I will probably drive the 8 for yearssss to come. going to drive it to the ground!

40 - and yeah, mid life crisis car. Seriously debating the mods cause I love the car, but also love spending it elsewhere.

Mod the car - go to vegas? Mod the car - go deep sea fishing again? Mod the car - go to races?
