standard UNflood procedure from the dealership... unplug the air-pump sensor, unplug the fuel pump fuse, and put your foot on the gas padel to the floor, and crank the car untill it's almost starting then have someone plug in the Fuel-Pump fuse right away then let the car run for a few secs before you plug the air-pump sensor back in...

Worked for me, and everytime Rx8s get towed into dealerships, that's how the techs start them too!!
