Zaino in New Zealand?

Hi there,

I took delivery of my new Titanium 6sp RX8 two weeks ago and love it.

I've been reading about the Zaino range of products in the Show and Shine section. Does anyone know how I could find these products in New Zealand? Or find an online retailer who will send them to NZ?

Thanks in advance.

As a new owner of the RX8 you may not realise that polish is not necessary.

The genius engineers at Mazda have developed a sophisticated self polishing paint that is triggered by the harmonic resonance of the Renesis at 7750RPM. I've had my Titanium 8 for 4 months and have found the system to work perfectly!! If you accessorise your 8 with either of the Hymee Corp products (the Cat-Back or the Grill) the required revs drop to 7000RPM!!

OK OK OK ---- This is just my attempt to get into marketing at Mazda (or Hymee Corp) and I need to admit that this is pure invention on my part!!

I got zaino from melbourne via www.aurora-one.com.au

The price was very high when you compared it to the us site, but the us company doesn't seem to want to ship overseas

I'm still using up my meguirs (?sp) - but I polished the boot only with zaino and it looked like a red mirror. I also zaino'ed my front air dam, but that's still sitting on the floor next to a fat lazy bugger (me).

On using zaino, it's the easiest polish I've ever used.

Thanks Kev, but Aurora One will only ship in Australia.

This is very weird - a great product that is almost impossible to get hold of.

I've gone down the Meguiars path in the past, but I'm keen to try Zaino as it sounds as if it does the job well, with less streaking/elbow grease - and doesn't stain black plastic or rubber parts.

Hi Rian,

The car's going brilliantly. I love it.

I have an overspray problem (neighbours spraypainting house) It's almost invisible but creates a 'sandpaper' texture. I'm hoping the zaino claybar approach will get it off. Using the wipers is not fun.

I've also scraped the paint slightly on one fender. I could kick myself. Our driveway leaves about 2" on either side between the car, a brick wall and the side of our house. Suffice to say the car is now parked on the street.

I do need a recommendation for a good paintshop in Auckland that can do Ti gray and clearcoat.

Cheers,

Simon

We have a guy who comes in on mondays which can sort out the nick on the bumper he does really good work.

In regard to the overspray I will talk to out man and see if I can sort something out since the car has the teflon paint protection it should be pretty easy to get something to take it off *Fingers crossed*

Will give you a call 2moro ;-)
