You guys know what oil you are using?

I am running Castrol Formula R 5-30W in mine at the moment (a Synthetic). Which I would only recommend you put in after you have around 10,000kms on the clock (prior to that run Mineral oil).

Be interested to know.

.ps I have mine serviced by www.cityperformancecentre.com in Sydney. Not at a dealership.

Glenn why would you say Castrol R after 10,000km versus brand new...?? Interested in your way of thinking.

Sorry I haven't answered this, the mineral is good for bedding in the engine initially (from new).

Synthetic is a much superior oil, and I give mine a hard time - so it is better for it.

Well I sort of leaning in the way of Glen's thinking... maybe I still wait until a few more km until I put Synthetic in....

I am up to 11000km
