This is sounding more and more like a mini Victorian Nats 
Hopefully we can make this a more regular event and do a few times a year. After all next time it will just be the track fee and really around $200 is pretty bloody good value for that amount of fun. Certain establishments will charge you more than that for an hour so I'm told

didnt realise its that far, i dont wanna be home 2 late. im 1 of those peoples that even wit 8 hours sleep im still tired

OK, I am back. And I am terribly confused.
First and foremost, I am not trying to offend anyone, **** anyone off, start crap or get into an us V's them flame war, however this was a day for the benefit of RX8 owners (Stu you still hold honorary status ;-)) and we will only have 16 places for this first day (yes I am planning more once this one is done).
To date, the followng owners have said they wish to come:
Andrew.
Astro.
ILIV48.
8000 rpm.
Atridge.
Taka.
MiRX*8
Glenn.

Brewer

As a favour to Taka I am including whtdc2.
The following non rx-8 owners have also voiced interest (Flameboy, I am assuming you are in contact with all of these guys?):
Flameboy - EXE SP23 - im in no matter what
Jaush (ozmazdaclub)
Sheepo (ozmazdaclub)
mark - EXE RX7- im in no matter what
awhar3 (ozmazdaclub)
Paul - EXE DC5R
Quiee - EXE DC2R
Josh - EXE EG6 siR
Novi - EXE Jazz
Costs for the day are:
Track Hire: $3500
Emergency Service: $300
Photography: $600
Total: $4400
Per Person: $275
Optional timing transponders: $15
NOTE: I am still clarifying but I believe the ASSA license (and subsequent fee) is not required as we are not competing.
For the rx-8 owners, I will appreciate if you could P.M. me for bank account details and get me a $50 deposit by this Monday (16th January). From there I will move on the deposit for the remaining places with the non owners.

i think this is all just a misunderstanding.... i PM taka few weeks ago to ask about organising track day.... at that time i was half way organising it with heather from winton racetrack... (remember the Email i forward to you and taka?) and since rx8 club is also organising it, i was thinking it will be good to merge since u guys only have 7 ppl on the list at that time...
well.. then, i'm sorry for any interuption that we may have caused... anyway hope in the future we have a chance to get together...

No Problems Silas. At the moment there are 4 spots open that you can use if you want. It may grow, it may shrink.
After this day we will definately know if 20 would be possible at Winton.
