6 weeks and 5000km after delivery I still dont have my welcome pack including colour coded key, driver training amd road side support.

Has anyone delivered since late september received the pack?

Mine took 6 weeks, as did most pre-order deliveries. Give Mazda another 2 weeks, then start harrasing them if it still hasn't arrived.

 

6 weeks? Was that a pre-order car? As in, one ordered before the 1st of August? AFAIK, Mazda was only giving the special key to preorder customers...

 

has mazda called you yet to ask you the 60 questions about the car and your "experience to date" with it, how the sales "experience" was etc?

it usually follows pretty close to that from what most folk tell me.
