When you picked up your car, did you get touch up paint and details on the roadside assist?

 

I didn't get touch up paint. Nor on any of the Mazda's I have bought new since the 1992 one, which had a small tin.

I believe the roadside assist info comes with the pack Mazda send.

I would like to here from those who have recieved their pack.

Mazda Australia HQ will give you a courtesy call shortly after you collected your car. As usual, they will ask you questions like how's the car so far blah blah blah. Then they will dispatch the welcome pack.

Mazda called me last Friday, hopefully I will receive it maybe next week?? Let you guys know when I receive it.

Mazda called me weeks ago, and I still don't have the pack...

I'm assuming they will do a bulk mail to all the new owners at once.

Also, the Road Side Assist is definitely with the welcome pack (we rang and asked).

 

Here's hoping that I don't have any problems before Mazda get their act together then.

Don't get the joke... I've had the car for almost 4 weeks, mazda rang me the week after I got it.... "a few weeks ago"

Am I missing something?

I wasn't laughing at you. :o What you posted reminded me of the humorous phone call I got from Mazda before I had even taking delivery, asking how I liked the car etc. So I was laughing at my situation.

Ok guys,

Mazda called me again asking me the same crap stuff... However, I was told that the welcome pack would be sent in about 2 weeks. Reason? They added a 'limited edition' RX8 t-shirt to it, that's why the delay. Hopefully I will get it by then.
