didnt get to install it!
The guy rang me up and said that he wasnt confident in changing the dampening and spring rates and ride height etc
bastard! thanks for wasting my time!
I rang BEL garage and they said they could do it but the earliest opening they have in next thursday! grrrrr
oh well till next thursday i guess!

Nah I ment its weird how they didnt want to install them. You'd think they never seen suspension set up before.
But this is why I always know how many kms I have when i drop off my car somewhere!!! better yet, leave them a really almost empty petrol tank!!

I dont think theyve ever dealth with a set of fully adjustable coilovers. Im thinking that the coilovers were a strut/spring setup!

I had a similar experience yesterday. SInce I got defected for to low, my car has been sitting VERY high. I took it to a Bob Jane where I was working before work and asked them if they could spend the day setting it up. They told me they wouldnt do it cause it would cost to much and take to long. I politely told them that they have no idea how much I expected it would cost and hadnt said how long it would take and now they would never know.

It really dont take a genius to be able to set the suspension up.. any mechanic can friggin do it! Think its like what Andrew said, perhaps they just couldnt be bothered. the amount of time it take them vs the charge just perhaps doesnt match up.
