it might also cost me an eye and a finger!

id have to get a wheel alignment anyway and its done at the same place

I might also stuff it up! rofl

didnt get to install it!

The guy rang me up and said that he wasnt confident in changing the dampening and spring rates and ride height etc

bastard! thanks for wasting my time!

I rang BEL garage and they said they could do it but the earliest opening they have in next thursday! grrrrr

oh well till next thursday i guess!

I had a similar experience yesterday. SInce I got defected for to low, my car has been sitting VERY high. I took it to a Bob Jane where I was working before work and asked them if they could spend the day setting it up. They told me they wouldnt do it cause it would cost to much and take to long. I politely told them that they have no idea how much I expected it would cost and hadnt said how long it would take and now they would never know.

I'm not a mechanic and I can bloody do it...just a lot easier if you have a 4 pronge hoist.
