Has anybody in Oz seen/got an RX8 with a sunroof yet?

 

Nope, it's not a factory option, so I haven't seen one...

But I assume you could get one aftermarket maybe

I was told that MA could not get ADR compliance for the sunroof without subjecting the car to separate crash testing. There was no time, so they didn't and therefore, at this stage, an RX-8 in Australia with a sunroof would not be ADR compliant.

I would therefore suggest you need to look at the legal effect of an aftermarket sun roof very carefully -- your car may not be roadworthy or insurable until ADR compliance is achieved.

 

I'm not surprised. I could hardly fit in the "rxeighters" car without my head hitting the roof.

 

Make a hole for yourself... hehe... it is not recommanded
