Series-1 = 78-80
Series-2 = 81-83
Series-3 = 84-85
Series-4 = 86-88
Series-5 = 89-91
Series-6 = 92-95
Series-7 = 96-98
Series-8 = 99-02
The latter 3rd gen was stretching a few years between updates. Expect the same for the RX-8.
RX-8
Series-1 = 03-05
Series-2 = 06-??

Its very old....... And its game from a having a conversation with someone. When that bullshit pic was released..... When Mazda was looking at the larger displacement thing.
Its the usual thing. You say it could be larger displacement or it could be Forced Induction who knows. And people take it as the Truth.
