REVS new RX-8 promo car!!!!

Hey there people, thought i`d Get our new toy out there, It is A Jap import `04 4port 5spd pov pack!!! will be slowly modded and use for promo/learning etc for the business (for those of you who dont know me, I`m Jason From Rotary Engine Vehicle Specialists in Adelaide)

Eventually looking to install a 4rotor engine into it in about 1-2yrs time, so i`m just cruising it around stock for now and maybe fitting supercharger soon, keen to drift/circuit it etc!!!!

Man these things handle killer though!!!!

Oh yes and pls excuse the gap in the front bar as it hadnt been mounted properly (was eager to drive it naturally!!!!)

Jap import....I thought you could not import cars that are being sold at dealerships in Australia.

Yes as i said, i was waiting on a mount for it, but was too keen to drive it, so my good friends the cable tie family came to my rescue and enabled me to drive it!!!!
and yes it is now sorted, along with a few other problems i have since had!!!

Is there a reason you chose to import 5sp, rather then buy a 6sp RX8.......?
Well Missy, I was just chasing whatever came my way at a good price, and seeing I will be replacing the Engine sometime, the base model suited me better, And the 5spd box is actually a modified to fit FD RX-7 box, so i think it is actually stronger than the 6spd!!!

Yes we all hate to admit it , but YES Adelaide is always a weeee bit behind, that is one of the main reasons i have this car, I also have an FD RX-7 untubbed drag car sitting in my workshop not being used because we have NO dragstrip atm!!! so back to the circuit/ drift stuff for me!!! for the time being anyways...... and we did start this business 10yrs ago from circuit racing anyhows
but all aside Adelaide has some great hills roads at my back door so I`ll be now spending most my sundays there!!! As we are headed to Clayton 2moro for a hills run woooho!!!!!
