I've driven on roads like that - it's in the Highlands of Scotland. Never in an 8 though!

The lady speaks in an English accent? It looks like somewhere that can have slow - look at those poles on the side of the road.

 

Either the g'friend is laughing too hard to hold the camera still or that's one road I'd prefer to avoid with my MS suspension!

And I agree with Will - definitely UK and probably Scotland - the heath is a dead giveaway.
