Not really within my expertise...not that that's ever stopped me
I can only surmise either not making enough money, or change of priorities.
My sense it is very underutilised relative to the facilities there. The $90/day "Speed off the Street" program is a good idea from our point of view, but hardly a good financial proposition I would think.
To make money, I think you'd need to have a lot of corporate and club days, with packages where people are paying at least $200+ for a day's driving. You'd want at least 5 of those a week, and something like an average of 20 cars at each. Even with those assumptions, you only have GR of $1m+ Makes it tough to have a big return unless you shift to major events...and Goulburn is still a bit remote to attract the crowds.
Still, when you think about it, with only Eastern Creek left in Sydney, there should be heaps of opportunities....

Perhaps it IS the location that is a killer. They'd clean up if they were under an hour from Sydney I reckon.
Hmm, maybe if we all kicked in $1K...

not enough activities. from memory, they have lost the motorbike competion (cant rememebr what it was called) because of the bumpy surface. it was too dangerous for the copm.
running + maintenance $$$ > current activities $$$
