My vehicle is in at the dealers today to get a new airbag fitted.

This episode started at the last SEQ drive day, when after a whirlwind trip between Kilcoy and Dayboro :D . At the last leg of the drive I noticed a flashing air bag light. After a trip to the dealer they managed to diagnose a faulty airbag.

It is an all day job according to Mazda as it is the airbag located in the drivers seat that was faulty.

I had a heap of seat airbag problems in the puss bucket Peugeot. The dealer kept resetting the error only for it to pop up a day later. The final fix arrived in the form of a letter to the dealer from the Oz Peugeot distributor......cut the connectors out of the wiring under the seats, and solder the wires together!! Too bad if ever the seats need to be removed. Some other guys problem now.......
