My RX-8 customised Sony Ericsson K750i

I got a new phone.

Sony Ericsson K750i

Use the Sony Ericsson Theme Creator to create this below.

Fully customised for this one.

I wonder how many people has Sony Ericsson phone and I can create some RX-8 themes.

I also have a lot of T610/Z600 theme in my website

www.step-hen.com/sonyericssonthemes.htm

I also upload a MP4 converted clip to the phone. The phone has a 2MP camera which can take 3GP video. They supplied a 64Mb Memory stick duo and I am going to buy a 1G one in Hong Kong so I can upload a lot of clips in. At the moment I have my Sandown video in the phone plus a few of my baby girl.

The picture actually looks better real life.

Oh I also have a MP3 ringtone and guess what I have when one of you call me. Oh yes, "zoom zoom zoom"

Sorry, Taka. US service providers do not carry the K750i yet at this time. Most US phones have 1.2MP cameras at the most.

I have all my phone customized to suit me.

Hehe I am making a baby theme for my wife. I am going her the same phone when her plan is due in Oct.

It is down to $33 plan now with $0 upfront but the call charge is too expensive that I rather have the $49 plan.

I know where to get the zoom zoom (Mazda song) ring tone ... so call me - and it will goes "zoom zoom zoom"

You won't believe how limited our choices are here in the States. Motorola, which is as American as you can get, offer about 5 times more phones outside the US than they do here. Our cell network are just getting caught up with the rest of the world too. Too much competition from non-GSM networks such as Sprint, Nextel, and Verizon. In fact only 2 carriers here are using GSM protocol, Cingular and T-Mobile (which is a European company).

I love GSM, I just bought a phone from a third party vendor and I can just swap out the SIM card and I'm all set to go with no new contract to tie me down.

Well in Australia, GSM is much more popular in the city because of the great network. CDMA is still the go in the remote countries except when you are with Telstra (former known as Telecom Australia), then your GSM work in most parts of the state.

In here, the phone plan is reasonable and the "without the phone" plans are not cheap enough that makes people to buy phones themselves. There are cap rates that you can use it as normal phones and abuse them but the cheapest I can see is $49 and you get $500 of credit or something.

The choice of phone is the same as in Europe and South East Asia. Hong Kong has much more choices in terms of other plans and they have cheap non contract plans that people buys phones themselves.

I want a phone that I can text in Chinese. Very special then.

My wife and I joined Optus and we call each other free anytime when the call is within 5 minutes..... thank god that it is only 5 minutes (*would not mind that being shorter) :D

i'd say we need more network providers here in australia to bring the costs down, but hey, we only have a small amount of ppl compare to europe/asia, so its not worth while doing it.
GSM is still the most popular and reliable network in australia, CDMA isnt too far behind either. stay away from 3G for the timebeing. still not enough base stations and lots of black spots... again, we need more 3G network providers to bring the cost down for the customers

Finance Director and I were in Winton a few years ago.. She had a GSM phone and I had a CDMA... No service for the Finance Director and I had perfect service.. Likewise, with the car kit we pretty much had uninterupted network along all of the major western highways.. Finance Director now uses CDMA.. Outside the capital cities - CDMA rules..

1X (CDMA) is also lots faster than GPRS (GSM) if you use a mobile internet service.. In fact, I doubt that GPRS is available outside the major towns..

Not the time to be buying new phone, guys. Major 3G network roll-outs starting in September (Telstra/3) followed by Vodafone/Optus in October mean major new handset rebates will be announced.

The thing that did it for me was that ad with all the yuppie tossers having drinkies in which the metrosexual with the most 'product' in his hair toasts the fridge.

Now that is ewwwww material.

Don't get me started on wives and communication. I've only just mastered basic task commands with my present model (i.e. I'm obviously the 'commandee' - she's the 'commando'! ).

Hong Kong has the 3G for years and has not picked up!

It is another story like the Sony MD.
