My brief Hymee exhaust review

Got my Hymee exhaust installed last week. Just have to say the sound is awesome. At first I thought it sounded a little loud, but once you're used to it, it is great. I also think the tone changed a little (for the better) since Hymee installed it for me.

I do notice from my butt dyno that my powerband shifted, the car now kicks in at about 7500 instead of 5500 rpm. Now waiting for the Hymee supercharger that will give more power. I lost to a Toyota Soarer off the lights tonight and was given the thumb down.

Once again, great product and service from Hymee, highly recommended.

Hummm... interesting figures Choppy, I dropped the clutch at 3k and floored it, by the time my techco read 9k the soarer was already way ahead. Car felt pretty flat until I hit 7500, any hints on how to launch quicker?

the lexus was prob an auto too.
ironic that acceleration is so accessable for big engined autos,
yet for a manual you need to dump the clutch after you have revd to 5-6thou.
oh well if you are worried about wear though, think about the mclaren f1, you
need to replace the clutch every 3-4 thousand miles!!! prob to save drivetrain.

I'd be deadset spewin' if I was them....the driver would have to have a day off while the car was being serviced. Then again, maybe they'd give him a cheapo 360 Modena to tool around in while the F1 was on the hoist.....

And those guys hanging around with the sound analysers finding out I had counter rotating crank shafts ... that'd drive me up the wall.

... and the trouble you'd have getting them home with no back seat... it would be so hard having them sit on your lap.
