Melbourne freeways and interstate drivers

I found out the easiest way to organise Citylink toll freeway access for interstate drivers in the DSPRV (Democratic Socialist People's Republic of Victoria). For occasional use, say a dozen or so times during your visit, you get a Citylink Access. You organise this over the phone (13 2629) or on the web. Setup cost is $5.50 with each trip costing $1.20 plus relevant toll charges. The $1.20 is for the manual link up between your photographed numberplate and your account. Amount is debited from your credit card.

Thanks for the info. For the benefit of those of us that may be visiting from OS, what's the web site? This sounds like a cheaper alternative next time I visit the relo's back in Melbourne.
