LISTEN Australian Test Drive Dates
Listen Everyone in Australia who pre-ordered their cars, especially the ones from NSW - coz I am joining u guys for a test drive
I went to get the test drive day and here they are: (I corrected the NSW ones - orginally they sent to dealer dated 3/6/2003 saying that it is on the 21/6/2003) I will double check and reconfirm with Mazda as I may have to join u guys in Syd.
VIC/Tas - 11/7/03 at Calder Park.
NSW - 28/7/03 at Eastern Creek.
SA - 23/7/03 at Adeliade International Raceway.
QLD - 4/7/03 at Willowbank
WA - after 20/7/03 date and venue to be confirmed.
They bloody put the Victorian date during my honeymoon. So I am joining you NSW guys at the Eastern Creek. Anyone is going to pick me up from Sydney CBD on the day??? I can hire a car anyway... hehhe
BTW I am getting my car near Sept... 2nd shipment

I am getting married on the 5th, going to Maldives on the 10th and back on the 18th. So I may either join the South Australian (? get real - but no offense) or join you guys on the 28th and I will take a sicky...

Takahashi you sound like you are going to be a busy boy running in both your new car and being a newly married man ,very tiryng experience .You spelled Willowbank correctly except it is one word .I spent 2 weeks at fara fakushi which is somewhere in the maldives with club med about 20years ago then it was a magnificent and safe place but today with all the extremist muslims ,iwould prefer to go to the great barrier reef much safer and more picturesque, scuba diving is also much better in queensland ,anyhow what ever you do i hope you enjoy your new rx8 wife and your trip oveseas.

takahashi, when did you order your car? Only ask because we haven't been told when we are gonna get our car. we ordered in Feb but it wasn't processed until March.

City Mazda in Melbourne has a list of 1st and 2nd Shipment in their computer in a spreadsheet (EXCEL). They are hunting hard... they at least sold 10-15 cars so far... good job aren't they?
