Question Has anyone ordered from Mazdaparts.com

Has anyone ordered anything from Mazdaparts.com? There shipping charges are much lower than those quoted by Rosenthal Mazda or Trussville Mazda. If you have ordered from them what was your experience and would you do business with them again?

Same here. Since he's west coast it would make sense his rates to Oz would be less.

That is an interesting question. We have a national rate of postage, so the cost of sending a letter from here to next door will cost the same as posting a letter from Victoria (east) to West Australia. 50 cents

Is it the same in the US?

Viking, do they post via USPS? or UPS? (I know Rosenthal only deliver via UPS which is a courier company and will cost a fortune, sometimes more thanthe price of the goods, across the Pacific ocean)

According to the animated blonde on their website they base their shipping rates on UPS and FedEx ground rates. You are right about Rosenthal, their shipping costs were more than the cost of the items I wanted to buy.

Slightly off topic but I have had good experience with japanparts.com for my mazda-parts. Shipping ems standard with receipted delivery via aussie post. They communicate via english and have reasonable pricing

No reply from Mazdaparts.com

Two e-mails over the last couple of weeks enquiring on shipping times to Australia have brought no response. I don't know if this is a technical glitch or not but it doesn't bode well for their customer service. If they ignore you before they get your money I hate to think what it would be like after they have got it!
