Thanks Hymee.
Michael, its almost like turning 50 but everything takes a little longer, even if it isn't any longer.
I've only got 24k up on my yellow machine, so will have to join in on the next SEQ run.

Grapes a Happy Birthday to you, have a great day and do some squeezing :D .

I have observed that quite a few of the wiser big kids on the forum drive the Lightining Yellow RX8

I suppose by the time you reach your Fifties you have the confidence to be your own man and have owned all the other colours in the rainbow

cheers

Hey Wallerc many big happies more! 60? I did that standing on my head! Of course, there does come a time of life when you move beyond yellow and back to red. And talking about red brings me round to thinking of the guy in the red suit, and thus to wishing all of you a Merry Christmas (and no, Michael, I didn't take your solicitor's advice on this). Cheers one and all!

Happy birthday wallerc. (from another fan of that fat guy at the piano...)

Interesting, as Michael says, that there are so many older guys with yellow RX8s. I'm not that far off 60 either, and chose the brightest and most cheerful of colours too. (Of course in my case, it's just so that I can actually SEE the thing when I totter out to the carport and try and locate something to drive.... )

And a belated Happy Birthday to Labrat and Lock & Load too. Apologies for lateness, but had some computer problems last week.

Cheers, Chris

PS Happy Birthday to Grapes for tomorrow as well. Obviously another man of taste...

Deakin U. has a growing reputation in its science faculty - they're doing some good stuff there. However, it is located in the Socialist People's Republic of Victoria, and the weather is somewhat changeable - try 4 seasons in a day. Otherwise, a reasonably civilized place. The natives are quite friendly, and they have good wine.

Labrat, you never know your luck. Could come early.

Thanks all you guys for the birthday wishes.

Could someone PM me the details of Thursday's SEQ cruise if these are not being posted. Querying "usual time and place."
Thanks,
Chris

Hymee has suggested meeting somewhere different than Harry's given it's a work day... I'll nominate a service station suited to the route. Haven't had any suggestions for a route yet, so I'm going to nominate one if someone doesn't soon.
