*Indeed* there is a Discount Code:

And further explanation:

Every time you order from our Japanparts site; 5% of the value of the Parts you order goes onto your account when these parts ship; you can use your Discount points against any future Order you make with us

OR:

When you checkout using our sites online Order form; put "RX8CLUBDISC" at the very bottom of the online form and our Staff will email you back with the discounted total; you'll receive 10% off our Website pricing for all Parts you Order

However: *You won't get *any* additional discount points saved from a "10% Discounted" Order

S=O-O= it's one Discount, or the Other, but you can't have both....

PM me with your questions and concerns, wants + needs.....

Discs

On (kinda) this topic - I got myself some EBC redstuff pads the other day and went to get them fitted but apparently my rotors are down to minimum thickness already! I've only done 40,000 klms - is this a record??? I've never had to change discs before pads before - I am still on the original Mazda pads....

Muzz, the old adage "if it sounds to good to be true, then it probably is" works in this context too I think. I have done 35,000k with much harder pads than stock and I got 10,000 or more k's left in mine easy.

Get another opinion or else find out how it happened.

Cheers

Andrew

I got 80000km out of mine before they were replaced under warranty due to them warping. That obviously suggests that 80000km isn't fair wear and tear on stock pads.

Never warp.

10 track days including 5 Sandown days and 3 pads before it is badly scratched with a totally worn out EBD reds.

The OEM disc is strong and anything less is abnormal

Everytime i have tracked my 8 I have warped the front discs.

I suspect my race pads are a very hard compound.

I always get them machined after an event and they come up like new

I don't touch the brake at all during cool down lap....... is that something to do with it?

I think Glenn may be using EBC.

I've had EBC red stuffs front and rear for a while now, including some track days, and haven't had a problem.

From everything I've read, it appears that quality control on the rotors is patchy. Some people never have a problem and others seem to suffer lots of drama (warping, squealing, cracking, etc).

Like Taka, I barely touch the brakes on cool down and never apply the handbrake between sessions.
