I got my Red 8 around 12 months ago and been reading this forum and rx8club.com.au regularly.

I live in North West Sydney and similar to you guys….I love my 8.

Jokes, I used to live down the road. S15 looked mighty fine, I bet you miss the mighty punch of a a turbo...

 

turbo is quick..

but the 8 is smooooooth...no matter how high your revs is..

I am trying my best not top mod the 8, but let me tell you...it is really hard..

 

LOL its hard to resist. Especially being on these forums. I do too much OoOoOooing and AahhHhhing for my own good.

Yes...my brother run Flying Performance....but he only specialise in Turbo cars at this stage.....don't worry if I can get RX8 parts...I will..

Welcome James. You may not remember me, but I bought a C's short shifter a few years ago off you for my S15. Old name was BlackRain...but have since changed cars so its no longer appropriate hehe.

Glad to see a familiar face from nissansilvia.com. Another person who decided to sacrifice the turbo kick and opt for refinement and balance...and a sweet sweeeet revving engine.

 

A bit too late, but better late than never! Welcome on board James!

 

I love my RX-8 too. Plus live in Castle Hill.

Yet to spot your FLYN RX-8 around the area & RX-8's are almost as popular as an M6 around here.
