Just got mine yesterday. Love it. Surprised at how decent room is in the back. Fits baby Anna's baby capsule in well.
Noticed that if you turn DSC off you can turn it back on by pressing the button again, but if you hold it down for 6 seconds then DSC off and traction control light also come on indicating it is in fully manual mode. Interesting thing was that I could not then turn it back on except by shutting down the car and restarting. The owners manual said nothing about the 2nd DSC off mode (not that I could find anyway!)
Anyway to Lock and load, mssyd, donaldc, tommo and all you others who also have your cars congratulations also. We all have exceptional taste. PDU and those still waiting, don't worry...the wait is worth it. This car has exceeded my expectations so far.

Congrats with your car you have a lucky baby in both the car and your daughther fancy being chauffer driven in an rx8 as her 1st drive experience WOW , maybe it will be her 1st car when she starst to drive??

I have read or heard of the DSC feature.. exactly the way you descibe it.. can't remember if it is in the owners manual or the video at the drive day.

 

Heck I have a better solution, I don't even have DSC or is that
not sure, I wanted it for winter but I'll just go.... slower?
