Camber and castor figures?

I am keen to get my wheel alignment done and was wondering if anyone has their figures for a good setup that is good on the track. I have lost my paper that had all my settings on it and need a hand from someone who has looked into it a bit on their car if possible?
Also, are there any good places that you can recommend in Sydney to get it done at(please don't say Pedders)?

This is what I used, but for Winton

Camber front -1, rear -1.5.
Toe: front 0mm, rear 2mm toe in.

Not sure if it suits Wakefield or not?
