A call to City Mazda....or someone else?
I've found the TSB sticky in the Tech Garage bloody informative.....
Wouldn't it be nice if an Australian dealer followed Rosenthal Mazda's lead and published the Australian Technical Service Bulletins-TSB's on this site? Just imagine, we'd all know what the "G" flash is meant to achieve (officially)......any (....many?!) gripes that L&L had would evaporate under the deluge of info pouring out from Mazda.
In short, the world would be better informed, that dealer would see a large influx in RX-8 custom for service AND sales, and we'd all be happy little vegemites.
I'd switch in a minute to any Victorian dealer who showed their support and posted the TSB's......my next Mazda and my services would go to them. Hell, I'd enjoy the trip to Mildura (if they have a Mazda dealer!) every six months just to go for a decent fang. The dealer who posted the TSB's would be showing the most affluent people in their customer base that they care enough to keep them well informed. A well informed customer equals return business as far as I'm concerned.....
I'm happy with City Mazda, I cut a good deal on the sale and I have as good a relationship as anyone can with their service dept after one free service! But if Penfold's or Bendigo Mazda or Sunraysia Mazda get there first....well........

I spoke to my good friend MAzda service guy that is offering us the 5% discounts in Sydney for rx8club.com.au and he has informed me that this is all available on there INTRANET but not for public viewing. :D
