"He said Vaporate was less effective on commercial vehicles carrying heavy loads, vehicles driven on mostly country roads and those driven too fast."
Rules me out....

Naturally, I mean because I drive mostly on country roads.

I wonder what "too fast" means? Maybe it might be more accurate to say "makes little difference to cars driven with the engine working as it should, rather than stop/start, short distance, and idling type motoring."

Perhaps it would be most useful for those whose cars do a lot of lugging around in commuter traffic.

I am sure you can save 20% if 1) you drive on country road and use your cruise control for most open roads, 2) less crap on your car to increase load, and 3) easier on the throttle and rev the car less.

Am I right??? Why do we need a device install to tell us to slow down and save fuel

It all sounds very good, I have seen last year about someone talking about a intake device that create spiral in your intake air. And being a laminated flow, the air fuel mix is confluent and will have more effective burning :D = hence save fuel. They were big in ACA and guess what - no one buys it.

To me it is like one of those as seen on TV products

I've decided since I spend so much time on this site when at work, the perusal of same must be work - leading to the unavoidable conclusion that my 8 and any mods just have to be tax deductable. :D :D

Reckon the ATO will agree with me??
