Still working in progress, will upload more pics if you guys wanna see more and when I'm done.

Here are a little teaser.

Special thanks to Vyndictive for selling me his seat.

Seat Completed.

Ta-DAaaa!!! (=_= yea i guess the "art" part could be better, o well, it still looks good IMO =D)

For those who were wondering where I mounted the shifter.

Steering Wheel Mount.

Pedals Mounts

Seeing how weird the seat rail mounts, I have gone the lazy route and made it a tripod. Still very sturdy as what it is.

Yea, the base is pretty darn ugly, but i don't really care, no one'd really look at the base, well not me at least.

The making of...

The Logitech G25 has both paddle shifting, and the manual gated shifting, and alsooo a sequential style gearbox option.

haha yes i do, but the g25 like other people said comes with a shifter, which i seldomly use cuz... it feels too fake anyway, paddle shifters are so much faster and more fun haha, then again, nothing compares to the feeling of driving a manual car in real life.

build one! it took me 6 hours tops, cutting the pipes was the worst part. It only cost me $80 + the seat vs. $450 for a playseat.

I need to take some better pictures of mine, now that I have this nice new camera How do you like the PC racing sims by the way? I've never really tried any. I have three matching monitors from work that all quit powering up about the same time, been thinking about taking them in somewhere to see if it's a cheap fix and build a 3-monitor setup

I never took any. It was a square bar stock that I cut and welded together. I painted it bronze. I ended up selling it to a friend (who moved) because I didn't have room for it anymore.

GT5 and Forza can be buried in the ground compared to games on PC, I particularly love Live for speed, despite their not so great graphics, it's still by far number 1 on my list. Then again, Ferrari Virtual Academy's the most fun though, but it lacks variety, it only has 3 tracks and well 1 car, but it's sooooo fun challenging yourself with faster lap times one after another.
GTR 2 and the others are showing its age, but they have lots of addons and packs that people create, so there are various racing leagues in them. And finally F1 2010 is a relatively new game, awesome graphics and sounds but the AI and bugs are getting on my nerves, not THAT realistic either, but it's still fun :D

Cool, I may get into it one of these days but I'd probably have to build a new PC for it... I have an iMac now which probably wouldn't work too well for that... well, maybe, might work to build some sort of base to clamp the iMac base down too. I still don't have windows installed on it though, never have much need for Windows anymore.
