I'm thinkin' about making the change this weekend - if not then, soon...I hate watching the weather this time of year and hearing words like "flurries", "ice" and "light snow" start springing up - all I can think of is a giant ice skate...
It's for this reason I got all seasons. No worries about burning them up on dry pavement. Once temps were constantly sub-45*F @7am when I am on my way to work, they went on. no worries.

Unfortunately, I drive way out in the country too much on my commute, all-seasons just don't cut it for me - depends on where you drive it - but I will put up with the hassle for the added traction of true snow tires on the crappy middle of nowhere roads I drive on everyday...

I usually change to snows the weekend after Thanksgiving whether they need it or not.
Smell isn't so bad around here anymore ... I lit a candle for all the farting! I can honestly say I haven't laughed that much at a meet in a lo-o-o-o-o-ong time.
